I Am

I am a person.
A mind locked within a body,
Looking for a way any way to just be myself.
Surrounded by others who are also trying to be themselves.
Unique yet all the same.
Is anyone really unique?
Are all ideas something someone else thought of first?

But we still think and dream and hope and love.
Wanting, craving to be special.
To be unique to be us.

To those of you who've read my other blog Books and Things thank you very much for your support. This blog is going to display another part of my personality, the writer. The posts here will probably be more sporadic then the other blog due to the fact I only write when I get the urge to.
